Indian Press and Cricketer Dhoni's wedding..

Atlast the hullaboo regarding India’s Cricket Hero Mahendra Singh Dhoni marriage came down.The Media covered his so called Love story in detail. Were they facts as portrayed?

Both Dhoni and Sakshi were supposedly known to each other from Childhood. They even studied together at the same school.Their Parents worked at the same PSU in Ranchi. Some Media, even called them as neighbours. The Great newspapers which gave these details include The Hindu, The Times of India and The Hindustan Times.

But the facts were different. Dhoni met Sakshi at the Hotel in Kolkata where she was an Intern, about 2 years ago. Everything else that appeared in the Media, the Pillars of Indian Democracy, was a figment of their fertile imagination. Speaks so much of our Media and our Democracy!

Interestingly, Dhoni didnt react to the stories..he may have to spend his lifetime doing so.Publicity is important and far more important was his advertising contracts that were on the increase as an outcome. Why care then when such stories bring money?

Say NO CASTE when Census Knocks at your door..

British ruled India by dividing People. When Communal census was mooted by
them, the then Patriotic Indian Leaders opposed. They could understand the

But, today, under pretensions of caste upliftment
(read Caste votes), Indian Leaders have decided on a Caste census.
Census is the BEST way to perpetuate caste in a society.They want caste to
exist even in other religions too. People are falling victim to the
pretensions of Politicians. But I see some at the end of the tunnel.
